Training module on quality with 4 job profiles in the laboratory
Because quality impacts employees differently depending on the job they perform, the Quality module is tailored to various laboratory functions in compliance with ISO 15189. This interactive module offers 4 options:
Short exercises and role-playing allow users to understand and retain key concepts. Users may download and access manuals and sample documents that outline processes and procedures.
For each training option, a professional from a Rodolphe Mérieux laboratory (in Mali, Laos, or Haiti) explains what the job involves and how it contributes to the laboratory's overall quality program.
At the end of the training program, participants receive certification after successfully passing a final test.
