The aim of this training workshop was to increase participants' knowledge of various aspects of quality management (nonconforming event management, preventive/corrective action, listening to customers, satisfaction, audits), human resource management (employee records: curriculum vitae, accreditation, assessment of acquired skills, maintaining qualifications) and documentation (managing internal and external documentation, creating SOP templates, quality manual and management review).
Other topics that were covered during training included biological hazards, the laboratory sample collection manual, criteria for accepting / rejection samples, and quality control management (internal/external and inter-laboratory), biological validation, reporting test results, and advice.
